Terms and Conditions

Reservation

The reservation is considered valid after full payment and confirmation by email. The
customer must check the reservation details and report any errors. Unpaid reservations
may be canceled without notice.

Insurance

Vertic Rope Access has personal accident and civil liability insurance for canyoning activities, as required by current legislation. This insurance covers participants during the activity. However, we recommend that each customer take out additional personal travel insurance to cover, for example, cancellations, medical expenses outside the activity, and other unforeseen events.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable. With more than 48 hours' notice, the customer may choose between a refund or credit. If we cancel due to external factors, a refund or credit will be issued.

Changes

We may change itineraries for safety or operational reasons. Force majeure events may require the cancellation of the activity without compensation. Whenever possible, we will include improvements to the experience.

Participation

Participants must follow the guides' instructions. Delays of more than 5 minutes may result in exclusion without refund. It is the customer's responsibility to arrive at the meeting point on time.

Punctuality

All meeting places and times are indicated on the activity page. We cannot guarantee participation for those who arrive after the stipulated time.

Customer Responsibilities

Please inform us in advance of any relevant medical conditions. Photographs and
videos may be used for promotional purposes. Respect for the group and team is
essential.

All photographs and videos captured during the activity are the property of Vertic Rope
Access. These may be used for promotional and institutional purposes, including
publication on social media, promotional materials, and the official website, without the need for
additional authorization or compensation.

Complaints

Any issues should be communicated to the guide at the time. If they are not resolved,
they should be sent in writing within 30 days after the activity.

Weather Conditions

Customers will receive credit or a full refund in the event that the operator has to cancel the activity due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Anti-Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited during activities.
